Underrepresented users represent large markets with trillions of dollars of purchasing power. Building inclusive products for these users creates both business value and social impact.

The Inclusive Product Management Fellowship (IPMF) empowers companies to build inclusive products for all users. Over five months, 20 Fellows from 10+ companies will learn inclusive design, meet underrepresented users, and develop feature prototypes with IPMF support.
With a mix of in-person sessions in Bengaluru and virtual sessions with global experts, Fellows will commit 10-15 hours for learning and 50-60 hours over three months for prototyping. Join IPMF to create products that reach new user segments and drive growth.

Ideation & Finalization Of Problem + Opportunity Statement

Fellows will collaborate with the IPMF core team to generate ideas that address problems faced by marginalized users or add value through product features. Initial brainstorming will produce a long list of ideas, which will be analyzed and supported by research from the IPMF core team. Fellows will then shortlist 1-2 key problems or opportunities that could significantly benefit underrepresented users and generate business value. For example, Fellows from a health app might work on making the selection of medical tests and the UI more inclusive for transgender users. Fellows will have access to a panel of underrepresented users to test hypotheses and receive vertical-specific knowledge packs from the IPMF team to refine their ideas.
